June 20, 2024

With the main message “Love to host you”, the Boutique Hotel Program of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels hosted 23 distinguished digital content creators in Athens on June 11-13. On Wednesday, June 12, the Boutique Hotel program carried out a familiarization trip for its guests to Hydra, which was supported by the island’s Hotel Association. The trip to Hydra was a source of inspiration for the production of quality digital content for the island destination in question. On Thursday, June 13, the Boutique Hotel hosted the B2B event with the theme “Networking with digital content creators.

The event offered the more than 200 member hotels of the program a unique opportunity to connect with leading digital content creators from Belgium, France, Serbia, Germany, UK, Hungary and Greece, who today play a crucial role in promoting tourism destinations, experiences and businesses.

The hoteliers were very interested in the issue of strategic management of collaborations with influencers, but also the issue of Artificial Intelligence in the service of the hospitality industry, where the expert Mr. Theodoros Moulos, lecturer in international seminars on the subject of artificial intelligence, shed light on the ways in which AI can support the growth and visibility of hotel businesses.

Boutique Hotel members during the event had the opportunity to: Get inspired, through good content creation practices, suitable for social networking platforms; Get educated on the changes that AI brings in hotel operation and promotion; Network, through B2B meetings, as well as explore collaboration possibilities with content creators.

Ms. Emilia Vlami, manager of the Boutique hotel program, highlighted the increase in the number of member hotels, as they now realize the benefits of joining the Boutique Hotels ‘community’, stressing that the Greek heart, the new Boutique Hotel brand, with this event begins its journey around the world.
