Lake Perućac is one of the best kept secrets of Europe. It is located in western Serbia and it is a natural gem despite its artificial origin. It was created in 1966 and occupies a natural bend of the Drina river, which encircles the Tara mountain, between towns of Višegrad and Bajina Bašta.
Instead of giving you tons of informations about the lake, I have made video clip from the lake cruise to inspire you to visit this beautiful part of Serbia. Sometimes pictures ( and in this case video clip ) can say so much more than words.
